Rules of the Clan

Here are the rules of the FortCollinsClan.  All rules are up to discussion, but in general, they are to keep the peace, keep our clan growing, and make it easier to give and receive donations.

1. Donate Frequently - The preference is the highest level archer you have.  Giants are also preferred, but we understand that giants are expensive.  Those that donate giants should wait a few seconds after a request pops up to allow others who are donating smaller housing troops to have a chance to donate.  Established members who have donation counts of below 30 per week/60 per league period (2 weeks) AND no league badge on Sunday night will be kicked.  Exception case - we know you are on vacation, etc.
2. Donate Before You Request - Unless there is nobody requesting, donate to all the pending requests BEFORE you request.  This had been a problem lately and people are getting frustrated.
3. Be Active and Chat - Make a point to say hi, take part in discussions, say thanks for donations, and be generally nice.
4. Earning Elder - Elders are earned by donations, participation, and getting along with the other members, elders, and the clan leaders.  This process of evaluation takes about two weeks, so please don't jump into the clan and start asking.  You will risk being kicked from the clan if you become an annoyance.
5. Appropriate Behavior - Keep the cursing and inappropriate comments on the chat to a minimum since we have some younger members in the clan.  Think PG movie ratings.
6. Eldering and Kicking - For now, promotion to elder and kicking of members can be done only with the approval of ANTERO or OUFANNCO.  Accepting an invite to the clan can be done by any elder.  The clan roster shows us who is new and who has been around.  We want to insure that people have a chance to come in and get acclimated before they are held to the high standard that we hold ourselves.  Give people a chance and they will be loyal to our team.
