History of the FortCollinsClan

Hello.  My name is Dean, but I go by the handle oufannco on Clash of Clans.  My handle, oufannco is much easier understood if you space out the words... OU Fan iN Colorado.  I'm a major Sooner Football fan and alumni.  So, if any of you were wondering why I would call myself ouf-anything, that's why.

Our second founder is ANTERO, who also lives in Colorado.  He's been playing the game for longer than I, but I think I've finally gotten near catching up with him... I can hear him laughing now.  Jordan, my son, is the third founder and has started playing seriously when he's not working on his schoolwork.

The FortCollinsClan was founded because Ant and I wanted to take a break from the game for a while since it started to take up too much time.  The old clan leader of xTHEPRODIGY12x clan decided he couldn't deal with that and kicked Ant and Jordan out, while I quit before he could do the same to me.  We were all donation leaders and had plans to play more, just not at the frequency we were before. We spend a few weeks away from the game and decided to pull our own clan together.  We didn't recruit anyone except ferretlegger, another friend of mine in Colorado who had only started to play.

About a week after we pulled the new clan together, people started coming over from the xTHEPRODIGY12x clan after they found out that the leader had kicked us.  Before we knew it, our little 3 person clan was up to 10, then to 12, then to 24.  Now, it's in the high 40 range and our trophy count exceeds 12,000.

All three of us are very happy to see all of our old clanmates back with us.  If any of the other older members come across this post and want to join, you're more than welcome.  There might be a few exceptions, but I think those people know who they are.  :)
